New book traces Wisconsin's hops-growing history

In her new book, "Beer Ghosts," UW-Milwaukee professor Jennifer A. Jordan opens up an entire forgotten world of hops cultivation in the Badger State and the people who grew and harvested the hops that fueled Wisconsin's brewing industry.
